Who maintains it

4547 Legacy is maintained by an independent editor. The sources, not the editor, are the authority.

There is no byline and no persona. Corrections are filed through the process described on the corrections page.

Rules that follow from the stance

1. The site never states conclusions about fitness for office, impeachment, or character. The tables argue; the editor does not.
2. Neutrality of process, not neutrality of outcome. Inclusion criteria, templates, and checkpoint methodology are neutral. The resulting record is whatever the record is.
3. Entries include context that cuts both ways. Context is armor.
4. Nothing publishes at claim status pending. No exceptions.

How the site is built

There are two layers and no third. The record is a set of atomic, sourced entries on a fixed template. The patterns are claim series, each with a written inclusion rule and a checkpoint table, that cite down into those entries. Every claim on a pattern page resolves to an entry in the record.
