In an interview with Chris Wallace broadcast July 19, 2020, Trump said: we're signing a health care plan within two weeks. A full and complete health care plan that the Supreme Court decision on DACA gave me the right to do. Nothing was signed within two weeks. On July 31, 2020, a reporter told him You said 2 weeks, when you spoke to Chris Wallace, and he answered: It might be Sunday, but it's going to be very soon. Executive Order 13951 was signed September 24, 2020, 67 days after the broadcast.
